The villa
Stefanovi Palace is a spacious three-story villa. It features six bedrooms, a large tavern with a fireplace for the winter months and air conditioning, a well-equipped kitchen, three terraces with a river view, four bathrooms, parking for up to 10 cars, free Wi-Fi, a green yard with a barbecue, a trampoline, garden furniture, and a seasonal swimming pool.
The villa is located in a quiet street in the village, with good accessibility, and literally in the "backyard" lies a pristine beach and a high mineral water spring with a temperature of 28°C.
The village of Gorni Vadin offers grocery stores, parks with playgrounds, and a community center—true to its traditions and cultural heritage.
A perfect location for gathering with family and friends, hunting and fishing, relaxing on the beach, or strolling along the banks of the Danube River.
Tavern
The tavern has a long table for up to 16 people which is suitable for gatherings and dances. At your disposal we have comfortable sofas for relaxation, large fireplace, 41 '' TV (Satellite TV with sports channels, HBO & Cinemax), stereo for good mood, free internet (Wi-Fi throughout the house).
Kitchen
The kitchen is located on the 1st floor, conveniently near the tavern.
Spacious, equipped and comfortable, it has all the necessary appliances:
Two refrigerators, stove with electric and gas hobs, professional fryer, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine with dryer, toaster.
An electric grill and charcoal barbecue are located on one of our terraces.
Terraces
The villa has three terraces.
On the first floor there are two shared ballconies - an open and a closed one. The glazed terrace has a library, a seating area, darts and other board games. The outdoor terrace has a separate barbecue area for your specialties.
On the second floor there is a long open ballconie, with access through two of the bedrooms (№1 and №2).
The view of the Danube river and the Romanian coast is perfect for shared moments with loved ones. Enjoy the amazing sunsets over the river.
Bathrooms
On the 2nd floor, next to bedrooms N 1 to 4, we have a bathroom with a toilet, which is for common use of the guests. On the 1st floor there is a common toilet with convenient access from the tavern and the kitchen. Also on the 1st floor, in room №5 there is a private spacious bathroom with bathtub and toilet.
On floor 0 we have a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet, which is available to all guests of the villa.
Lobby
The lobby of the villa is nicely arranged with soft furniture and a table, for relaxing with a cup of coffee, a book or board games with friends..
